The following are terms of a legal agreement between you and OKE Computer repairs Ltd. By using our computer internet services, or the computer repair service you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms below and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

OKE Computer repairs Ltd shall not be liable for any claims regarding the physical functioning of equipment/media or the condition or existence of data on storage media supplied before, during or after service.
In no event will OKE Computer repairs Ltd be liable for any damage to the laptop/desktop, loss of data, loss of revenue or profits, or any special, incidental, contingent, or consequential damages, however caused, before, during or after service even if OKE Computer repairs Ltd has been advised of the possibility of damages or loss to persons or property. OKE Computer repairs Ltd liability of any kind with respect to the services, including any negligence on its part, shall be limited to the contract price for the services.

The customer and OKE Computer repairs Ltd agree that the sole and exclusive remedy for unsatisfactory work or data shall be, at OKE Computer repairs Ltd option, additional attempts by OKE Computer repairs Ltd to recover satisfactory data or refund of the amount paid by the customer. The parties acknowledge that the price of OKE Computer repairs Ltd services would be much greater OKE Computer repairs Ltd undertook more extensive liability.

The customer is aware of the inherent risks of injury and property damage involved in laptop/desktop repair, including without limitation, risks due to destruction or damage to the machine, media, or data and inability to repair the machine or recover data, including those that may result from the negligence of OKE Computer repairs Ltd, and assumes any and all known risks of injury and property damage that may results.

OKE COMPUTER REPAIRS LTD has full Public Liabilty which can be found displayed within its Store.

OKE Computer repairs Ltd agrees not to disclose any and all information or data files supplied with, stored on, or recovered from client’s equipment except to employees or agents of OKE Computer repairs Ltd subject to confidentiality agreements or as required by law.

Payment is due in full upon completion of successful repair, prior to release of the repaired device(s)

WE ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING

OKE Computer repairs Ltd offers 90 days’ warranty on the following devices that OKE Computer repairs Ltd has repaired.
- IPads
- Laptops
- Dsktops
- Mobile Phones (Samsung Galaxy Phones, Iphones)

OKE Computer repairs Ltd makes no warranty on data Stored on any devices, express or implied, and OKE Computer repairs Ltd disclaims any data warranty of any kind.

The parties shall submit all disputes relating to this Agreement (whether contract, tort or both) to arbitration, in accordance with the Rules of the UK business. Either party may enforce the award of the arbitrator in a Court of competent jurisdiction. The parties understand that they are waiving their rights to a jury trial. The arbitration shall take place in the Country in which the OKE Computer repairs Ltd laboratory performing the services are located and the laws of the UK in which such laboratory is located shall apply.

Any property left with OKE Computer repairs Ltd unclaimed for 90 days, will be disposed of. At which time, OKE Computer repairs Ltd shall have no liability to the customer or any third party.

A minimum charge of £25 will apply if the customer does not accept the quotation after a complete diagnosis.

By agreeing for your Repair to be carried out by OKE COMPUTER REPAIRS LTD you "The Customer" agree to abide to OKE COMPUTER REPAIRS LTD T&C's.
